🎄🎅Try not to overschedule this Christmas 🎅🎄

🥳 With the festive season just around the corner, this week’s tip is a gentle reminder:

🎄Avoid overloading yourself, and your little ones, with too many activities in December.

🎄 Christmas is wonderfully magical, but it can also become very busy: travelling to see family, choosing the tree, meeting Santa, school events, parties, late nights, and plenty of sugary treats. With colder weather and fewer chances for outdoor play, little ones can quickly feel overwhelmed (and so can we!).

🎄 That’s why building in intentional downtime is so important. Slower moments give your child space to reset, recharge and really enjoy the festive fun, and they do the same for you.

⭐️A balanced December = calmer little ones, happier parents and a much more magical Christmas for everyone. ⭐️
