⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We came to Leanne, after feeling completely deflated regarding bedtimes, as parents we both felt we had tried everything! After months of either breastfeeding our daughter to sleep or then rocking to sleep who would then wake up very agitated and often making herself sick we knew we had to get some advice.

We both can’t thank Leanne enough for help, support and her patience! She changed the way we both felt regarding bedtimes with me dreading the bedtime routine as soon as 5pm hit! Leanne was completely dedicated to helping us throughout the plan with regular phone calls everyday which really helped to talk through any worries or concerns.

Leanne clearly is very passionate at what she does and has a wealth of knowledge regarding sleep!

We will be forever grateful for her help and wished we reached out earlier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⏰The clocks go back this weekend, which sounds great in theory (hello extra hour! 😅)… but if you’ve got little ones, it can mean a few early starts for a while!

🌟Don’t worry though, there are gentle ways to make the transition easier 👇

👩‍🍼Newborns:
If your baby doesn’t have a set routine yet, simply switch straight to the new time.

👶🏼Napping babies:
Try leaving them a little longer before starting the day, and move naps and bedtime 10–15 minutes later each day until you’re back on track.

👦🏻Toddlers + older children:
Split the difference, if bedtime is normally 7pm, try 6:30pm for three nights, then move to the new 7pm.

🌟 Within a week, everyone should be settled again, including you!
