We need you for inclusive practitioner roles in Solihull!

We currently have a vacancy open for a new and exciting role to mentor/PA some of our participants. This role will have a number of different responsibilities:

-Getting the individual socialising.
-Getting them active.
-Help them try new and exciting things.
-Giving them a change of scenery.

The rate of pay is £10-£13 per hour based on experience, with additional holiday pay.

We are looking for project staff who have worked in social care settings and have a passion for SEND.

Weekdays and evening work is available at £10-13 per hour based on experience... Zero hour contracts, no strict commitment or strings. Perfect if you're looking for some extra work!

Over the previous 10 years, Inclusive Sports Academy CIC has solely focused on delivering provision to Children and Young People with SEND. The Board of Directors have decided to change the focus of our delivery model.

As such, the company is now re-named “Inclusive Next Steps” and whereby our attention shall be delivering services for Young Adults with SEND who are aged between 25-40 years old looking to make the next steps in their lives.

“Inclusive Next Steps” shall focus primarily on its 2 services, social and development. The Development service that will help positively enhance and develop the individuals as well as supporting them to progress with the next steps of their lives. The social element will provide social opportunities for Young Adults with SEND.

The ”Inclusive Sports Academy” services (PA, HAF & After school clubs) that has operated for a number of years is now managed under the umbrella of Ordinary Magic

We are excited to see what comes next for us here at Inclusive Next Steps, service details will be getting released soon so stay tuned!
