Hello my loves!

One of my students cannot make my final sold-out Reiki 3 with teacher training so I have one space now available.

The next time I hold Reiki 3 my courses will be accredited, cost more and teacher training will be a payable course.

Reiki 3 includes the following:

Topics covered in this class:

* Level 3 attunement
* Revisit the meaning and use of the first three Reiki symbols
* Introduction of the final Reiki master symbol
* Learn how to give a Reiki attunement
* A deeper understanding of the five Reiki principles
* Using the Reiki Master symbol to attract what you need for life’s journey
* Provide a Reiki treatment, receive a Reiki treatment

On completion, you will receive:

* An internationally recognised certificate
* A comprehensive manual and handouts
* Support during and after the course

The shamanic medicine wheel is a map of balance and transformation. It organises life’s energies into directions and cycles, helping you heal, find clarity, and walk in the right relationship with yourself, others, nature, and spirit.

You use the medicine wheel in ceremony and healing. Each direction holds lessons, powers, and allies like animals, elements and seasons.

In client sessions we connect to the medicine wheel for healing and energy clearing, visioning and decision-making.

If you journey to one of the worlds (posted yesterday) without connecting to the medicine wheel, you may notice a direction is present anyway, as your guides bring what is needed to your journey.

It’s SUCH a fabulous modality to work with 😍

Summon. Journey. Heal.

During a shamanic healing session, the Shaman partners with spirit guides, crossing realms to deliver tangible healing here.

We work with the medicine wheel and one of the 3 worlds, at times both may be incorporated, depending on the level of healing you need.

Today I’m introducing you to the three worlds:

The Lower World 🦁 is where our ancestors and spirit animals reside. It also stores the collective unconscious.

The Middle World 🌳 the most similar to our earthly plane, its complex due to its many layers. This is the place the Shaman will find a cure for a ceremony.

The Upper World 🪽 is the image of heaven, the guidance comes off as philosophical and less practical but don’t get it twisted, I’ve had my ass kicked several times in this world by my guides 😂🙃

One thing a lot of my students and clients say to me is “you are so gifted” after i take them on a journey or do a session for them. But the truth is ii’m not!! I used to be called the Jaeger Queen for a reason!! I lived for the party life not the spiritual life! When i did my Reiki 1 i didnt pick up 1 thing i was totally inexperienced.

What changed since 2019 is that I put in the work. If you weren’t blessed with a naturally open psychic channel, think of it like a muscle—you build it by using it. Theta activations have been a game-changer for me because they work, and they work well.

Now I can read energy like a book. I can tell you if someone’s cheating, if that man you’re with is a rotter, if that Porsche is actually on your path, or if it’s time to sort your stuff out. Sometimes I’ll even see whether a baby is aligned for you. This isn’t luck—I’ve put in serious, consistent practice in reading energy.

Now, for the first time ever im holding a 10-week spiritual development circle

Mercury retrograde is here until the 29th however you will feel it in its shadow phase until December 17th.

People generally tend to lean towards hating mercury retro because it brings with it disruptions in communication and technology, the need to review everything and ex’s coming back on the scene 😂

See it instead as a chance to renew, review and revise your plans, where can you make a change for the better? Maybe you need better boundaries with people? Maybe you need to tell people to f the hell off? Maybe you need to get off your ass and do the work you need to do? This is what I need to do this mercury retrograde but thought I would share it cause it may help you too 💋

As someone who’s been stuck in repeating cycles because I struggled to learn the lessons my soul contracts were trying to teach me, here’s what I’ve found: when a pattern keeps showing up, the most powerful thing you can do is look inward and own your part in it.

Patterns I kept repeating looked like:

1. Partners who don’t genuinely like me—just what I bring to the table
2. Friends who speak to me disrespectfully
3. Partners who cheat
4. Friends who invite me out so I’ll pick up the bill
5. Workplaces that expect nonstop work with minimal breaks

Once you recognize the pattern, do the healing, and release it, it stops showing up in your life.

I have healed a hell of a lot of my patterns with energy and shamanic work. I now have a wonderful partner, fabulous friends and no one moaning at me at a workplace that puts their profits before yours or your families mental health.

Access to new opportunities - jumping timelines can manifest as new opportunities in your life, whether it’s relationships, career, or creativity. I experienced two of these since September and new paths are opening up for me that align with my desires and goals

Enhanced intuition - A stronger connection to your intuition and inner guidance is common, allowing for more instinctive decision-making. You are going to trust your gut feelings a lot more!

Manifestation abilities - timeline jumping enhances manifestation powers, making it easier to attract what you desire

I’m officially a Shamanic Healer ✨

Tonight I qualified as a Shamanic Healer 🥹 After a seven‑month journey from Level 1, I knew from day one I wanted to walk this path—and I’m beyond proud to be here.

Shamanic healing has completely upgraded my energy work. I’m faster, sharper, and my intuition is unreal (on the days I actually listen 🤦🏻‍♀️). Predictions are landing, and my manifestations are coming in hot 🔥

But the deepest transformation has been within. This path brought me to my knees, layer by layer—tears, truth, and unbelievable healing. I closed a 27‑year cycle of dating men out of alignment, I’m doing work I never thought I would achieve and while I’ve always been tough as old boots, my boundaries and self-trust have never been stronger.

As someone who’s run an energy healing business for 5 years, taught 200+ Reiki students, and holds space for a beautiful women’s circle every two weeks, I can’t recommend this training enough. It isn’t Reiki—it’s entirely its own!!! —but the way it complements Reiki is absolute perfection. The synergy I feel in sessions now is because of this work.
