Goodbye November... 👋🏽

Don't let the door hit your a££ on the way out!! 😂

Safe to say November has been a particularly trying month, as I've struggled with my health, culminating in a frankly traumatic 10+ hours at A&E, IVS, antibiotics, coughs, fevers, tears, tantrums, suspected infections, and still not feeling back to myself yet 🤒

Thank you for all the kind words and support - the Yoga Borne Community really is something so very special ❤️

Here's to a positive and peaceful December for us all... 🕊️

Over 13 full moons we will gather together to honour ourselves and each other.

Need to pause and rest? 😅

It's that time of year when nature starts to turn inward, the animals are heading into hibernation, and we too need to conserve our energy for the colder and darker months ahead ❄️

BUT instead, we often find ourselves rushing around more than ever, with a fully booked social calendar and running on empty ⛽

We are here to remind you that taking time to yourself is not selfish, it's in fact totally necessary. Because after all you can't pour from an empty cup 🍶
