💜This January’s winter weather has definatley been keeping me busy. The last few weeks have been booked with lots of Full Body Massages, Reflexology and Back Massages. Hot Stones are prepped ready for the forth coming days. All these sessions can help with the cold dark days and give comfort to those tired muscles and ease away stress💜

As the New Year begins it has been an opportunity to have a reset and do some planning. I have lots of new projects coming up within the year so in order to communicate these better I would like to share with you how I would like to action this:
🌸 Firstly, I have now set up a Tracey’s Essential Holistic watsap group. This is just ‘purely’ to get instant offers that I am putting out and to communicate any relevant changes or information.

💜A new year begins and having reflected on the year we leave behind…my conclusion is that for many, have just ‘got through it’. It was a tough one for most for one reason or another… a battle almost. 💜So what were the positives that I think people have come out with that I have seen? Well I will tell you….First and foremost ‘resilience’ and ‘determination’ and for that everyone should be immensley proud 💜.

💜I am starting this year with renewed positive determination and really looking forward to getting going. I realised that my strength comes with supporting others and looking forward to sharing with you all new future developments💜
