Get a grip. 💥💥💥

Not just for climbing..
We use this to improve grip strength in young individuals.

Great if they play a sport like Rugby.

Grip is essential for handling the ball, executing tackles, and maintaining stability in rucks and scrums. You can build this using specific training like towel pull-ups, plate carries, and rope work.

But we found another way to strengthen hand grip and wrists.

Better performance to control speed and agility of opponents.

Youth development without the stress.
Lots recently about the manosphere and the affect it has on young individuals. Being lonely, pressure and being hurried to reach adulthood all contribute to them looking to find who they are.

Being a specific health related fitness coach I am youth focused, allowing young people to enjoy their journey through their youth development windows. Building confidence, positive self-esteem and gaining emotional intelligence.

At UTHFiTT we have a unique approach being youth specific and inclusive. Understanding child psychology, counselling and trauma responsive that is centred around youth development. Using a fitness programme and nutrition plays an important role.

Wellness and longevity is more than playing a sport or lifting weights.

An exercise approach to support the seven strands of total fitness and catch up with friends. Plus a coach who is willing to listen, support and share knowledge.

So swap your social media, finger swipes and likes. Pause sitting watching boring TV or reels instead to a healthier environment that builds and supports youth development.

What makes young individuals grow.
Nutrition is about consuming all the right Nutrients

🍝Carbohydrates.
🍶Fats.
🫐Vitamins
🥚🍆Minerals
🌾🥦🍓Fibre
💧Water.

Then understanding growth spurts and if young individuals participate in sport and understanding REDs.. (Relevant Energy Deficiency).

Consuming a balanced diet will support physical and mental well-being.

We can look at excessive eating but we depleting our nutrition.

Young individuals development physical and mental well-being can not rely on process food.

The importance young individuals consume and gain an understanding of nutrition.
The seven strands of nutrition.
*Carbohydrates
*Protein
*Fibre
*Vitamins.
*Fats
*Minerals
*Water.

Why it's important we start early with the foundations.

This is a great idea.
