It's men's mental health month.
So what has that got to do with youth development πŸ€”.

Understanding youth development is important as it can prevent some of the concerns we see in adulthood.

πŸ§‘ From the age of 7yrs some young individuals can see they are unique.
πŸ§’ By the age of 14 yrs poor mental health can be established.
🍲 The consumption of UPF does not support physical and mental well-being.
⏩ We have created the hurried child syndrome which is displayed in their behaviour. Due to this young individuals are low in emotional intelligence and why I have safetalk in my programme.
🀦 1-8 boys are not in education, training or employment.
⚽ Many compress their drivers by using physical activity or sport.
πŸ“² Many young individuals feel lonely and isolated
🦡 Lack of awareness of growth spurts that can mirror poor mental health.

Being a health related fitness coach for youth development is not just about nutrition but also fueling young individuals right.

This product contains nuts and I have some clients who are allergic so swap for roasted chickpeas and yoghurt.

Store and when your young individuals finishes their game great way to consume protein.
As many will consume UPF that can inflame the body when it craves protein.

Being a health related fitness coach for youth development is about the seven strands of total fitness.

Physical activity is one and nutrition is another important strand it comes to fueling our body and mind. It also helps with recovery and injury prevention.

Why we focus on real food not fast food.

When it comes to nutrition just like youth development is about the journey.

Why we shop local.

Sourdough can be a healthier bread option.

The farm shop has seasonal fruit and vegetables. Plus a top quality choice of meats.

Farm to plate is the best way to consume good nutrition.
