I woke up with a thumping headache this morning. After getting the kids off to school I had to get back in bed... haven't needed to do this for a long while now.

Today is today, the sun is shining and a little more self- care is required.

So, a soak in a bath treat this morning it was! A moment to drop, fizz and float away.

The Jasmine bath bomb did not disappoint. Oh and yes my headache has eased😊 , feeling much better.
