Finally got my hands on these Cinnamon buns today!

When I am walking up to the Renaissance Therapy Centre, on most occasions I collide with a waft of gorgeous cinnamon in the air.

The other week they sold out! I had to settle for a yummy mango, peach and apricot doughnut instead 😋

So glad I popped in today!

How does Reiki Matters spend her morning 😉

A beautiful slow morning to fuel my taste buds and soul.

For me, this is the real secret of life💫 to be completely focused, engaged, curious and present in what I'm doing in the here and now.

When you nurture what you are doing, daily life no longer feels exhausting and becomes revitalising.

What will you choose to engage with today? Find something that works for you.

Remember even the most everyday and automatic doings in life can be a great way to focus and engage in a mindful way.

Now I wasn't expecting that!

Looking at the garden through the kitchen window wondering if I would be lucky enough to spot a butterfly 🦋

Well I wasn't expecting to instantly see a butterfly, in fact 2 butterflies together! 🦋🦋

Fluttering rapidly, I had to patiently wait for them to be calm and settle on the fence panels.

Unfortunately, they didn't settle together - hence the photos.🥰
