Birmingham Free Lotus Mindfulness Service - Training ''A free meditation and mindfulness course for you''. I am a teacher of meditation. I can come to your office for a group session without any charge.

Mind is a conditional phenomenon of human being, always conditioned to the external world, vulnerable to different predictable or unpredictable situations and not easy to control even though we wish otherwise. Stress, anxiety, worry, pressure, agitation and depression are common to us especially when working with the people in different job environments or when you are not happy at home alone or associated with someone not really kind or reflective to our condition. Mindfulness and meditation practice will be able to deal with all those situations to make you change in your behavior, skills, belief, confidence and leading to calm and peaceful nature of mind.

If you see someone being attacked by someone else or if you see someone is making a rigorous effort to harm, kill or destroy someone else, will you make an effort to stop his attempt from killing or harming? another question- if you see someone being hurt by some unknown forces or someone is under a possible risk of life but he does not know about it, will you help him? If you see an ambulance carrying a serious patient, will you give a help to move on quickly by stopping your car? if you see someone being hungry or lack of very basic requisites, will you help him? How?

If you are in any of these described scenarios, how will you feel yourself? I mean you are a real victim, how will feel yourself? You ask yourself: if I am in the same situation to these events i.e. just mentioned, or if, for example, someone has attempted to harm me, surely I will feel upset, nervous, shock, anxious, painful, fear of being painful, fear of being died: it is painful indeed! would you feel it in your case? if so, why then we have to harm others or destroy other's life, which we don't like when someone destroys or harms us; i don't like anyone who destroys or harms me. Develop this intuitive reflection: ''why i have to harm others which i don't like it if someone harms me''. I cannot accept if someone harm me. Will they accept me if i harm them?

The truth is that no body knows when and what is going to happen to their life? In fact, any of these scenarios or situations that just asked above would happen to you in one day, or you have been through once before. Every being on this earth loves their life and protect themselves being hurt or destroyed by others beings. This is the wise reflection of our inner feeling, which we all should develop our ability to save/help others life. If the majority of a community, a nation or the majority people in the world develop such an empathy and intuitive feeling, the world will be peaceful, helpful, sociable or spiritually and morally high human beings, indeed. Can we develop our own intuitive and empathetic feeling for the sake of others and can other develop for the sake of us or can we all develop our own empathy on this point? Can we work together and spread this practice for other people?

Everything has happened not because of someone's will but because of a series of causes; for example, when you have a moment of stress, perhaps a serious stress, even a depressive tress, you should not blame someone. What you need then is to calm your mind down, and see the things as they really are. That is to see the cause; we have many tools to calm your mind and help develop confident on yourself. I can come to your institute to help you out for free!
