Did you know breast pain can be hormonal?
Prima Magazine’s recent article, “How to Look After Your Breasts”, features insights from our Head of Women's Health, Dr Alison Grimston, on supporting and understanding breast health.
Dr Grimston explains, most of the breast pain women experience can be linked to hormonal changes, particularly around the menstrual cycle.
However, hormones are not the only factor. Inflammation, viral infections, poor posture, repetitive strain, or even vitamin D deficiency can also contribute. Small lifestyle choices can play a supportive role in caring for your breasts.
