There were usual tell tale signs of gout flare.

Today’s information suggests the 4 stages of gout.
Blood tests will not reveal raised Uric acid initially but confirm signs of inflammation when done during early signs of gout flare.

Ever had a sharp random pain in thigh. Comes the goes?

Sometimes a groin sprain.

Irritating pain that you cannot sometimes replicate and comes on intermittently with great sharpness then fully resolves.

Always useful to seek a review just to confirm, buts that the presentation I normally observe and discuss.
