🚛SCREENING LOCATIONS🚛

Our mobile screening units are located in:

Bloxwich - Pinfold Health Centre
Tipton - Neptune Health Centre
Stockland Green - Stockland Green Health Centre
Wednesbury - Morrisons, Holyhead Road
Smethwick - Victoria Health Centre

If you are registered with a GP in these areas and are between the ages of 50-70 look out for your invitation for breast screening.
We also have screening appointments available at Breast Unit at City Hospital and Walsall Manor Hospital. If you are over 71 you can self-refer for screening.

This makes it easier to notice any changes that could
be a sign of a condition such as breast cancer.

Please also attend for screening when invited. Women are invited between the ages of 50 and 71. If you are over 71 you can self-refer for screening.

Health Promotion Specialist Claire Murphy supports the City, Sandwell and Walsall Breast Screening Service, putting initiatives in place at local GP practices so that we can increase awareness and uptake of the breast screening programme.

She also works closely with community groups, Integrated Care Boards and public health teams to ensure we promote breast health awareness for all age groups.
