WOW WOW WOW🤯 1st ever DONE ✔️👊🏿👊🏿🙌🏿👏🏿 what experience... I 💯 underestimated that thing but 1.21hr for our 1st one il take and something to build on 💥BOOM..massive well done and thanks to my partner in crime for dragging my big fat ass round perfect partner..

My hips, hamstrings and arse cheeks are fully hanging off 🤯😢😭 but we go again next year to get sub 1.20hr.🙌🏿🫶🏿🙏🏿🤞🏿

This client came to see me with back and shoulders problems. He was in constant pain with this back for months due to his work and the pain went up into his shoulders and neck.

Body assessment.
* shoulders unaligned.
*pain in neck.
*pain in shoulders.
*Poor posture.
*pain in middle lower back.
*tightness in shoulders blades.
*tightness in obliques.
*Poor ROM in neck/shoulders.

After 90mins massage.
*shoulders 95% realigned.
*free of pain in neck.

After one 90mins massage i almost got him 100% realigned but still abit of work to do but he was happy so then so am I.

Another week, another new walking route round carding mill valley... nice 10k in this heat all done b4 10am and today Noor joined me 🫵🏿👌🏿🫶🏿❤️😍... great to see her and catch up.
