TERMS OF BUSINESS & DISCLOSURE
In addition to our professional charges, disbursements must be paid to Doctors, Minister of Religion, Cemetery or Cremation fees and such like. Where the total estimated account is deemed excessive you may be asked to make an interim payment (deposit). The deposit asked for is the total of any disbursements (third-party costs made on behalf of the client). For example, this would be Cremation or burial fee, Doctors fees where applicable, Celebrant or Ministers Fee, Church Fees, Burial or Grave Preparation Fees. The final balance is invoiced approximately two days after the service has taken place. We reserve the right to add interest on all outstanding accounts at 2.5% per month on accounts that remain unpaid after 4-weeks and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment, and 15% per month on accounts forwarded to your solicitor that remain unpaid after 3-months and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment. If you have any problems with payment of your account please call us on 0121 427 2233. Preferred methods are BACs (Bank Transfer), Debit and Credit Cards and Cash. DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST

Alongside Keith, Dave and Sue, who meet families while arranging a funeral, we also have a trusted support team: Frank, Keith, Scott and Steve.

It’s their role to care for your loved one with dignity from the moment they are brought into our care, to the day of the funeral. And they prepare the deceased for chapel visits and the day of the funeral.

They also ensure our funeral vehicles are always maintained to the highest standard. And as drivers and pallbearers, they also support families on the day itself.
