TERMS OF BUSINESS & DISCLOSURE
In addition to our professional charges, disbursements must be paid to Doctors, Minister of Religion, Cemetery or Cremation fees and such like. Where the total estimated account is deemed excessive you may be asked to make an interim payment (deposit). The deposit asked for is the total of any disbursements (third-party costs made on behalf of the client). For example, this would be Cremation or burial fee, Doctors fees where applicable, Celebrant or Ministers Fee, Church Fees, Burial or Grave Preparation Fees. The final balance is invoiced approximately two days after the service has taken place. We reserve the right to add interest on all outstanding accounts at 2.5% per month on accounts that remain unpaid after 4-weeks and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment, and 15% per month on accounts forwarded to your solicitor that remain unpaid after 3-months and any legal and court costs incurred due to non-payment. Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.

Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.

We'll be sharing virtual candles on our page between 15 and 21 December.
