As we approach our Winter gathering, we are aware of the impact of colder and dark weather. Our response, is to offer you the opportunity to purchase and taste a seasonal tonic drink courtesy of which is sure to add spice, warmth and cheer to you winter night and daytime too :). See you next week Saturday between 6 and 9pm.

It’s that time of the year where we come together as community. With so much going on currently, we risk becoming more fragmented, isolated and alone. We are challenging that gloom narrative by hosting an evening of reflection, music, a night stroll via candlelight to our Storytelling Orchard, poetry by a renowned local artist as well as free drinks, gift stalls, mince pies and mulled wine and don’t forget, the first 20 people to book, will receive a free gift. Let’s keep Handsworth on the map as a place of welcome, resilience and creativity.

What a day and a complete pleasure to deliver a community resource workshop in celebration of the Birmingham Water Festival. Thank you also to for accommodating a great environment for us to share and learn about the impact of caring for ourselves, each other and our communities through understanding the importance of gut health. This time of year is also reflective of natures abundance and we were able to share some of our crops from the gardens to transform them into medicine.
We look@forward to many more collaborations as we share, support and encourage each other to the best of our potential to stay well and healthy in a variety of ways. Peace ✌🏾

Good morning all. Our moto for this month is .
Life can be so fast and complicated however, after an abundance of good weather and sunshine, we can let go out stuff that will drain our energy which is much needed for the changing seasons. Every challenge allows us to reflect on how we can solve the problem and will less load mentally, physically and emotionally we can work towards personal growth.
Let’s take on day at a time, notice the change that is taking place both externally and within us with curiosity, creativity and kindness. Peace.
