We’ve kicked off the start of a series of gentle workshops that work in harmony with nature and honouring her rhythm.
As we apply the principles of abundance and patience, the anticipation of being rewarded for the fruits of our labour is in our minds and grants us the essence of optimism.
Working outdoors is glorious and the mental health benefits innumerable and includes droplets of Vitamin D.
The aim of these activities is to inspire, learn and grow from these experiences in so many ways and the invaluable abilities to gain the confidence to give ideas a go - in a safe and mentally l supportive environment.
‘It was so lovely to be out in the fresh air, despite the cold weather. We had great company and a very knowledgeable teacher’ - participant. Next week, we will be learning about the principles of coppicing 🌲✂️

It’s okay to rest! In this realm of the equator, although January is the start of the calendar year, nature is doing what it does best… hibernating.
As humans, the pressure to be consistently active in short and day days is completely unnatural and we may pay the physical, spiritual and or mental price for it. Let’s highlight our fears, confront them and finds ways to navigate around them so that we can be more in tune with ourselves so that our conserved energies are ready to help us bring forward the strength and joy to work collectively in the spring.
Hold your boundaries when you can and go gentle this month. Peace ✌🏾
