During my breathwork training, my teacher said something that has stayed with me ever since:
“I can’t is I won’t and the question is why?”

These words remind me to pause whenever I hear myself say “I can’t.” Often it isn’t about ability, but about fear, old beliefs, or imagined obstacles. When we stop and question the truth behind our “I can’ts,” we begin to uncover our inner power.
