On Saturday 11th April, I had the honour of holding a Breathwork stall at the Vaisakhi celebration at Tally Ho, Edgbaston, hosted by the West Midlands Police Sikh Association
A powerful community event rooted in connection, culture and seva (selfless service). With organisations such as Khalsa Aid present, the day held a deeper thread of giving, support and unity.
Throughout the day, I shared simple breath practices with those who felt called to pause. In the middle of a busy, vibrant space, people took a moment to land… to breathe… to reconnect.
It’s always powerful to witness how quickly the breath can bring someone back to themselves.
Thank you to everyone who came over, shared space, and experienced the work.
