🌿 Saturday invite to go slowly…
Take a moment today to sit, pause and feel your breath softly meeting you where you are.
Try this simple practice to nudge your nervous system upwards:
✨ Inhale and at the top of the inhale add a pause of 1 or 2 counts.
✨ Exhale — steady and softly.
Repeat for a minute or two trying not to clench or force as you pause and notice the quiet uplift that arrives- a soft rising from within.
