I trust everyone had a lovely warm Christmas and about to indulge seeing in the new year.

Myself and my 10yr old son are collaborating with some friends, regulars at The Sound School and volunteers called Strangers Care Too. We will be out on the streets of Birmingham City Centre tomorrow morning at 9.30am til dusk spending the day giving out clothing, sleeping bags, hats, gloves, scarves, hot food and drinks to spread some love.

I want to say a huge thank you for helping us raise over £2k to buy rucksacks, sleeping accessories and for all the donations of clothing.

The studio is now closed until January 3rd

A massive thank you to everyone that has stepped through the doors this year. I felt quite emotional locking the doors last night filled with love and gratitude.

It’s time to switch off and rest over the festive period.

Prioritise yourself this winter, slow down, nurture yourself and be compassionate to all.
