Woman.

The weather is cold and wet and your period is here.

You ache from head to toe, you want to be left alone and curl up on the sofa with a blanket (ideally waited on from beginning to end)

But, life beckons. Work. Messages. Scam Callers. Kids. The dog needs walking. The list goes on.

What makes it worse, the knife like feelings shooting up your spine. The crippling pain o either side when you go to the toilet, bringing tears to your eyes thinking about being unable to sit on the toilet, or chair, or in your car, because to move brings more waves of unending pain.

Sister, I see you. Whether you have painful periods, heavy periods, Endometriosis. All of these symptoms are NOT NORMAL! You should not be living like this.

In 2017 I turned my life story around, from pain to pleasure, dread to welcoming. And you can too.
