Patience is KEY with progressive changes. We never want to overfill or fill too qickly to reduce the risk of complications and ultimately migration!

The cutie had an accident when younger and was left with an asymmetrical top lip with a flatter cupid bow one one side
•
We spread 2ml of filler over 18 months to not only correct the cupids bow but balance the top lip to bottom lip ratio and generally create a more heart-shaped pout
•
She had a gorgeously full bottom lip and strong features so lips this size suited her amazingly 💋💋

This cutie was really bothered by the shape and overall hydration of her lips - she felt the corners turned down making her look sad at rest and her flat cupids bow added to this!
•
She wanted to change her lips shape without adding any volume or projection ---- and look how amazing they turned out 💫💫💫

That cupids bow lift is UNREAL and by adding select strands of filler to turn up her mohth corners and correct lip shape they look si much fuller without actually needing to add much volume
•
We used 1ml of a soft hyaluronic acid filler (yes - we still used the whole syringe ❗) and she was over the mood. And so were we!

The chin is so often forgotten or poorly injected to look overprjecred and pointy. It breaks my heart because adding chin structure can solve so many problems !

Nose lift and lips 💋

There's so many important things this picture reminds me. This beauty had a liquid rhinoplasty and a top up of her lip filler
•
You can see we work on building HEIGHT without adding any forward projection as she simply doesn't need it 💓
•
She wasn't happy with her nose and wasn't sure why... we lifted the tip without adding a tip flip because she still wanted the change to look natural 😁😁
•
So happy she loves the results and so do we. Side profile will be up soon tomorrow ! We're so happy the world of aesthetics is starting to naturalise realistic results

Chin and lip love 🤍🤍

We often forget about lip projection and talk about dissolving old lip filler

But everyone forgets THE CHIN

How much does adding some select chin filler improve the initial overprojection of these lips
•
We actually added 0.5ml of lip filler to correct symmetry and how great do they look 😌

We secretly covered up any early signs of jowling and smoothed the jawline contour and its only going to get better with our next top up 🥳🥳

Mid-cheek filler 💛

A lot of clients think they need tear trough filler. Hollowing and loss of volume in this area can be for a lot of reasons.... but tear trough filler isn't always the answer !

A small amount of filler goes a long long way in the mid-cheek area and can make ALL the difference when looking for a refreshed appearance
•
Without good midcheek support tear trough filler slides down the face creating a lumpy appearance. This is such a a game changing area to maintain a refreshed appearance, don't you think? 😁😁

Lets talk REPRESENTATION 👊🏼

We often associate filler with creating feminine faces... but the boys deserve some love too!

What about creating masculine features to define a stronger, more chiselled appearance? Because that was our aim with this chin and jawline
•
We injected filler to square the chin and create a more masculine looking jaw as this hunk didn't like his face being round in shape
•
We worked in sittings over a year to slowly tweak his jawline and LOOK AT THE RESULT 🥳🥳
