We are continuing to offer support to all our clients, just not in person. From 24/03, following government recommendations, we have been closed for face to face consultations for everyone’s safety and to minimise the spread of COVID 19.

However if you need to speak to a practitioner about any health / wellbeing queries, please do call and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

Today is World Acupuncture Day with
more than 1,000 leading medical and health professionals and researchers from up to 70 countries attending a conference in Paris to exchange knowledge, skills and practices in acupuncture.

Jane Toms will be running regular Alexander Technique workshops here starting this Saturday!

This is my colleague Jane Toms - she’s a seriously brilliant Alexander Technique teacher as well as a physiotherapist and university lecturer, and she’s based in Solihull - this course next runs on Saturday 10th November.
