We had such a lovely time at the Burton-on-Trent Job Fair on Friday! It was great meeting so many wonderful people and having the chance to chat about the work we do at Care and Support Services 💙

📍 Burton-on-Trent | Children’s Residential Home – (EBD)

- £12.21–£13.00 per hour + £50 per sleep-in

Are you caring, resilient, and passionate about supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with emotional & behavioural difficulties (EBD)?
This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role where no two days are the same — and your impact truly matters.

WE’RE HIRING: CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER (DEPUTY LEVEL)

📍 Burton-on-Trent | Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

- £28,000–£40,000 per year

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to support the day-to-day leadership of a children’s EBD residential home.
Although advertised as a Team Leader (Deputy Level), this role carries the full responsibilities of a Deputy Manager and offers a progression pathway to Registered Manager.
