🍷🎨 Sip and Paint: Autumn Edition! 🍁

We had such a wonderful time at our latest Sip and Paint session, and this one was all about celebrating the beauty of Autumn! From warm golden tones to falling leaves, everyone got to explore their creativity and bring their own seasonal masterpieces to life.

A huge thank you to Cornita for hosting this session — her guidance, energy, and enthusiasm made the afternoon extra special! 💛

These sessions mean so much to us. Not only are they a great way to unwind and express our artistic side, but they also help us keep our fine motor skills sharp and active in the most enjoyable way possible. There’s nothing quite like painting, chatting, and sipping together in good company.

We’re already feeling inspired and can’t wait for our Christmas Sip and Paint coming up soon! 🎄✨

✨ Wellbeing & Entertainment Day ✨

Wow, what a fabulous day at the Austin Rose this weekend! 💆🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♂️

It was such a joy to offer massages to staff, residents and relatives from Cornita and a reflexology treatment from Maggie to the amazing staff — a well-deserved treat for all their hard work caring for residents and families. 🌸

Residents and families also got pampered while enjoying some fantastic entertainment from our one and only DJ Mark Dwayne 🎧 — the music was truly music to everyone’s ears! 🎶💃🏽

A huge thank you to our wonderful manager for making it all possible, and to the kitchen team for the delicious spread (and those pizzas 🍕👏🏽).

🧸Teddy Bear Picnic🧸

🌟 A Heartwarming Visit from Scallywags Nursery 🌟

We had such a wonderful time when the children from Scallywags Nursery came to visit! 🧸💕 They brought along their favourite teddy bears — and our residents joined in with their own!

We all sat together on comfy blankets, played games, shared stories, and enjoyed delicious picnic bags. 🥪🍎 The residents especially loved the laughter, the cuddly teddies, and all the colourful stickers the children handed out.

Thank you, Scallywags Nursery, for bringing so much joy and love to our home! 💖✨

St John Fisher pupils joined us to help get into the spooky spirit with some pumpkin carving and a cheerful sing-along! 🎃🎶

After the wonderful visit, Pauline from our kitchen treated everyone to some delicious homemade cupcakes to enjoy! 🧁
