Lately my mind has been on overdrive. Anxiety has a way of pulling you into the past, making you replay moments, doubt yourself and fear the future before it’s even happened. Some days feel heavy, and I won’t pretend otherwise. Healing isn’t a straight line… it’s messy, emotional, confusing at times — but it’s also powerful.

What I’m learning is this: we don’t need to have it all figured out to keep moving forward. We just have to keep taking small steps, even if it’s one deep breath at a time. The past may live in our heads, but the future really is in our hands — and we get to choose hope, even on the tough days. ❤️

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or lost right now — you’re not alone. I get it. I feel it too. We’ll get through it… gently.
