Laura our physiotherapist has officially reached Everest Base Camp, and the photos are absolutely stunning — including one on the iconic Base Camp rock and another at the Hillary Suspension Bridge. 🏔️💗
She also raised an incredible £2,879 for Breast Cancer Now — what an achievement!

Another Walk of Hope ✨
From needing full supervision and hands-on support in August, Micky has made incredible progress at Circle Rehabilitation. 💪
Through intensive physiotherapy—including strength work, balance retraining, gait practice, and cardio conditioning—he’s now standing independently, walking with no support, and even practicing the stairs.
His endurance, core strength, and balance have all significantly improved. Micky was discharged yesterday—walking himself out of the hospital.
We are Proud of your hard work, Micky!👏💙
