We are seeing so many women and girls abused r**ed and murdered and still this isn’t seen as a hate crime !
( I know it happens to men too but the statistics are no where near the female ones)

No one talks about how toxic exes uses children as an extension to their control of you ! Family Courts are a nightmare and allow abusers to drag the other parent through a system for years continuing the abuse even when they aren’t around !

As a survivor of domestic violence myself , I still struggle on occasion and the last few weeks have been difficult. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been since the relationship ended, the trauma and fear stays under the surface until something triggers it again .
Be kind and be patient with yourselves if this rings true for you too !
