Your brain doesn’t have to believe affirmations for them to work.

If a voice pops up saying, “Is that really true?” — that’s normal.
Years of negative self-talk don’t disappear overnight.

Affirmations work through gentle repetition, not instant belief.

Why not add affirmations to your daily routine?
Try them while the kettle boils, on your commute, or as part of your morning routine.

Why guilt shows up when you start saying no

Guilt often appears when you set boundaries because your brain links being “good” with being available and agreeable. Saying no can trigger fear of disappointing others or being seen as selfish.
