Our favourite Christmas tradition is back, and we’re raising money for the dog’s home again this year!

We want to make our tree extra special!

So starting on the 1st, please send us a picture of your dog or bring a copy into club and we’ll hang it proudly for all our members to see.

We’ll also be taking donations throughout December and delivering everything to the dog’s home on the 22nd.

Let’s fill our festive doggy tree with wagging tails, Christmas cheer, and support for a great cause 💛✨

With the weather turning cooler this winter, why not try some warming homemade soup! 🥘

Soup can make a versatile meal for someone with an active lifestyle. It can be quickly prepared, frozen and easily reheated later for a quick and
healthy lunch option.Try our simple, healthy, homemade Vegan Lentil Soup and taste for yourself.

Ingredients:
1tbsp olive oil
1 chopped onion & 2 chopped garlic cloves
Vegetable broth
2x diced carrots
2x celery chopped celery sticks
1x diced courgette
350grams of brown lentils, washed
1x can chopped tomatoes
Dried herbs, salt and pepper, lemon juice to taste.

Cook the vegetables in the olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth and lentils, bring to the boil and then let simmer for 25-30 minutes until lentils are softened. Taste and season as required. Try adding spinach at the end for an extra boost of greens 🥬
