A “drooped” nasal tip isn’t always ageing — in younger clients it’s often due to natural anatomy.

In this case we carried out a non-surgical rhinoplasty combined with subtle chin filler to improve overall profile balance.

Treatment aims:
• support and lift the nasal tip
• refine the dorsal contour
• balance lower-face projection
• maintain natural proportions

This is a medical procedure and not suitable for everyone. A full consultation, facial assessment and medical history are essential before treatment. My approach is conservative, safety-led and anatomy-based — with realistic outcomes discussed beforehand.

From our late 20s onward we gradually lose collagen, bone density and fat in the cheeks. This can make nasolabial folds deeper, the under eyes look tired, and the face look deflated.

Cheek filler (placed correctly and conservatively) works like scaffolding — restoring support and balance so the face looks fresher and lifted again.
