If following a lower risk fetal growth surveillance pathway - GAP guidance recommends SFH measurements commence from 26-28 weeks, 2-3 weekly until birth.

If suboptimal growth is suspected, direct referral for growth scan and/or Doppler is recommended, within 72 hours. If resources permit, a scan EFW should be repeated in 3 weeks’ time (no sooner than 2 weeks time) to ascertain velocity, as a single scan cannot provide reassurance about the growth trajectory of the fetus.

How to Tuesday❓ – How to add an ‘Agreed EDD (Estimated due date)’

The EDD should be updated from a Provisional EDD to an Agreed EDD as soon as this date is known. This is to ensure that any measurements are correctly plotted based on the agreed EDD.
