According to MBRRACE-UK Maternal Report 2025 📊 – “While the maternal mortality rate for women from Black ethnic backgrounds in England continued to decrease in 2021-23, the risk of maternal death for Black women remained statistically more than two-fold higher compared to White women”.

Meet Amar – one of our data analyst✅
Amar’s day to day responsibilities include creating and verifying excel reports which are then provided to the necessary trusts. This is done by coding scripts in R programming language and producing the results in Excel. In addition, Amar regularly works with Power BI, creating and maintaining interactive dashboards within GROW 2.0 📊
On days off Amar can be found playing and watching football (with a pint) as well as going to the gym ⚽
