BOOKINGS:

I always, always send out confirmations once you’ve booked a treatment in with me, regulars, friends, family I send them to everyone, if you have not received a message confirming you’re booked or an official confirmation booking then you are not booked in;
Ive had a few issues recently with people replying by ‘love heart/thumbs up reacting to my message’ instead of actually replying, unfortunately my business page in no way gives me a notification that you’ve done that. I need an actual response to book you in. This has unfortunately resulted in clients turning up that don’t have a booking so please don’t run the risk and reply to a message if you want to be booked in 👍🏽

That being said I also always send out treatment reminder messages on the week you’re booked in, so again if you’ve not received either of these messages please get in touch with me.
