This Friday sees the return of our Bumps and Babies Baby Cafè and our first session of 2026!!

We’d love to start the new year with you so come along if you’re looking for a FREE social space to meet like minded families, a place to relax and have a cup of tea whilst your little one plays, or evidence based infant feeding support. As they are every week, our Breastfeeding Counsellors and volunteers will be on hand to support.

We hope to see you there and, in the meantime, we wish everyone a very Happy New Year!

UPDATE - ADDITIONAL DATES NOW ADDED!!!!!

Our 2025 Christmas Mini Sessions had previously sold out! We have now decide to add more dates to cope with demand.

We have also frozen this year’s price at £89. Your mini session will last up to 30 mins and will include 3 digital files of your choice.

Sessions will run on specific weekdays , evenings & weekends during November so if you are interested please book in advanced to avoid disappointment.
This year’s theme is a ‘ Christmas window ‘ suitable for families & children of any age.

BABY MASSAGE - 2 spaces left for September!

Classes will run each month for 3 consecutive weeks.

The class is for babies aged from 6 weeks until they become too mobile (usually crawling age).

We will cover all massage strokes for the full body, which includes the chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, back, face and head.

Baby massage has so many benefits for both parent and child, these include......

Improved sleep
Relief from colic and digestion problems e.g constipation and reflux
Relaxation and bonding
Helps with teething and cold and flu symptoms
Encourages growth and development

The sessions are a good chance for you to meet new parents with babies of similar age to yours and to start to socialise with your new baby.

Groups are small and friendly, in a cosy room suitable for feeding and a chat after the session.
We will provide the oil & some water for refreshment.

It is a lovely time for you to spend an hour away from the daily stresses and spend quality one on one time with your little one.

We are based in Old Oscott in Birmingham.
