I help you to explore and heal your very foundations in this world, from your womb and birth time, so that you can confidently live the life you came here for. I support you to resolve the repeating patterns, intergenerational traumas and imprinting that are holding you back from living life fully, on your terms. I work predominantly with women and mothers of all ages to heal birth trauma, both from giving birth and being born. I am a mother of three who is passionate about birth and motherhood. I started BirthEssence to help other women to really go for what they know they really want to do but have been holding back on. I share the skills that helped me birth three children at home in the way I wanted, something that really called me strongly. One of the missing links in birthing and living true to what really matters to you is how you were born. Today has been an interesting day....
300 million takes later300million takes later and the 20 minute video supposedly improved video is up on website.

I got super good at all the tech bits with power point and recording functions, was dead pleased.

Then I go to alter the thumbnail and what do I see ...
zoom recorded my video even though I turned it off for the slides ??? and I am making all kinds of faces as I thought I was not on camera.... so retake another day...
