As National Apprenticeship Week draws to a close, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind everyone that learning has no limits 💪
Completing training courses can be an easy and effective way to get your foot in the door of the industry you want to work in - whether that be when you’re just starting out or looking to switch career paths.
We also wanted to celebrate our own apprentice, Jack Sutton, who chose to do an apprenticeship with Webb's for the same reasons many do: He wanted to gain real life experience whilst gaining qualifications. Jack says "I have gained hands on experience by supporting day to day operations, completed practical and written coursework, and I have developed key workplace skills including communication, time management, and problem solving. I like working at Webb's Training Services because it’s a supportive and encouraging environment where learning is taken seriously. The staff are approachable and willing to help, which makes it easier to ask questions and improve my skills."
