Cherish have received the following compliments today;

- One of our clients in the Erdington area phoned to say that she loves her carer. She was so worried about having carers before meeting her current one and she has really put her mind at ease. She thanked her very much.

- Another client in the Four Oaks area phoned to compliment a carer she had never met before. Her carer of many years has decreased her hours so therefore had somebody new Sunday 13/01. She was thrilled with her new carer and said she is such a lovely person, very efficient and cannot wait to meet her again next Sunday!

Thank you to all carers for your hard work, it's lovely to hear the great feedback from clients.

We received a compliment from one of our clients family members on Friday who live in Handsworth 14/12/2018. They said “As a family we could not be happier with our mothers Carer, we’re extremely happy with Cherish!”

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all our carers for your enormous efforts during this history-making snow storm to make sure our service users are fine.
We appreciate your hard work and commitment, especially when it keeps you away from your families and loved ones during an unprecedented weather event.
We appreciate all the service users and their families for your understanding and patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this bad weather.
