An Invitation:

I wanted to share something new and special with you. A dear friend of mine called Izabela (from Revitalise Your Life), and I are gently stepping into a new collaboration together, co-creating a beautiful evening experience called ‘INNER CEREMONY JOURNEY’.

What Is It?

This will be a 3-hour ceremonial evening weaving together cacao, movement, sound healing and Yoga Nidra.

How Will This Event Work?

We’ll begin by settling into ourselves with the heart-opening support of ceremonial cacao and mushroom teachers, before allowing the energy to rise through gentle conscious movement and somatic expression.

From there, we soften into a deeply nourishing sound bath, before being guided into profound inner stillness and rest through Yoga Nidra.

Why Come To This Event?

It’s a full journey of

connection → embodiment → release → deep rest.

If you already love the Yoga Nidra Soundscape evenings, this experience takes the journey a little deeper — opening the body and heart before we settle into the deep rest you already know and love.

I would absolutely love for you to join us.

If you feel called to come, I’d also truly appreciate your honest feedback afterwards, as this is the very first time we’re sharing this offering.

But most of all, this is simply an invitation — to move, to soften, and to rest together.

The Reiki Series: Awakening the Healer Within - From “What even is Reiki?” to “Oh… I can feel it.” The Reiki Series is a structured four-part pathway guiding you from curiosity to confident practitioner.

Reiki isn’t something you learn like a spreadsheet.
It’s something you remember.

The Reiki Series is my four-part pathway for the quietly curious, the spiritually nosy, and the ones who feel energy in their hands but don’t quite know what to do with it yet.

We begin gently.
With a live virtual Q&A. No pressure. No robes required.

📍 Location: After which, the other two in-person events are held in Birmingham (Moseley B13 8BA)
📅 Dates: Multiple March - April

If it feels aligned, you’ll move into a cleansing ceremony — clearing the energetic cobwebs before attunement (because we prepare the vessel before we pour the tea).

Then comes your attunement.

And after that?
You’re not left floating in the ethers, wondering what just happened.

You receive 21 days of mentorship as you practise Reiki on yourself — regulating your nervous system, sleeping better, softening old patterns, learning how your energy actually works on all nature beings and tangible objects.

Level Two
Is where things expand.

You move from self-healing into sharing.
From “this feels nice” to “oh… this works.”

You’ll learn how to treat others confidently, hold professional space, and — if you feel called — begin offering Reiki in your own beautifully unique way.

This isn’t just training.
It’s initiation, integration and becoming.

And yes… you’re allowed to be normal and mystical at the same time.
