Iv worked with Rob now on and off for about 5 years.

The original goal was fat loss and Rob helped me get very lean and in great shape!

Once I was lean and happy we gradually began a muscle gain phase. Again with great success.

What is different about Rob is he educated me and helped me to make the right decisions to keep me in great shape for a lifetime not just a 10-12 week period.

A few months ago (in typical me fashion) I decided I wanted a new challenge and changed things completely with my training by entering an Ironman event.

The focus now is performance. Again Rob has been invaluable with his support and knowledge and I have no doubt will be a big part of me completing the Ironman man in a few months time.

On Fridays we celebrate 🍾

This week we are celebrating two phenomenal clients in and 🕺

With a whopping 32kg of weight loss combined, that’s over 70 pounds or 5.3 stone (whichever metric you use)

That is nothing short of outstanding and we are buzzing for them.

This is truly a life-changing amount of weight, I know this phrase gets thrown around a lot. In this instance it is true.

What’s more, they have been a pleasure to help.

Both have taken on board the information and implemented it in their lifestyles and it’s inspiring.

While this is a post to congratulate them it is also to point out it hasn’t been plain sailing and both have worked tirelessly to get this result.

That’s all we ask and we couldn’t be more proud.

This is NOT a 6 week challenge.

It is not a rapid 12 week transformation that results in weight gain again.

This is 24 weeks of education, support, motivation and accountability.

This is SUSTAINABLE.

A truly inspiring body transformation 😎⁣

Massive shoutout to an amazing client Kiran.

Kiran signed up for our GOLD program 12 weeks ago and has lost a huge 10kg of body fat.

The weight plate in her hand symbolises the bodyweight she used to carry around daily.

Kiran you have smashed the process and you should be proud of your achievement.

Previous to signing up with us Kiran had lost hope that she could regain how her body felt before her children and was fed up with everything weight loss.

While this sounds doom and gloom, it's not uncommon for women (and men) to feel like this after a few failed attempts.

It was my job to reassure Kiran that by working together we can fix it.

Fast forward 12 weeks and Kiran is feeling confident, happy and proud of how her body looks and feels at 42.

The busy persons two shakes and two meal strategy 🚀

Do you find yourself eating well when you have time but struggling to stay on track when life gets busy?

This is normal, it becomes trickier when you are busy with work, business and family time.

It’s common for clients (when they come on board my coaching programs) to have good periods of eating well when life is calm. Then when life was busy… something that’s brown used to hit the fan.

Here is a simple strategy I like to use with my clients from Monday to Friday.

It’s simple…. Meaning that you can carry on with important tasks without stressing about cooking meals.

It’s quick… which allows you to use your time more wisely.

It’s high protein … which keeps you feeling full and on track with your weight loss, body fat or performance goals.

Spend 18-28 roaming earth doing what he wants. (usually involves plenty of nights out and beer) ⁣ ⁣

Hit 30... new priorities arrive like marriage and family. ⁣ ⁣

The priorities CHANGE and the FOCUS shifts.⁣ ⁣

Knuckle down in the career, your work, your business and do what’s NECESSARY to provide for the loved ones. ⁣ ⁣

Long days. ⁣ ⁣

Early mornings. ⁣ ⁣

Late nights.⁣ ⁣

The alpha kicks in and whatever it takes you do. ⁣ ⁣

The problem? ⁣ ⁣

When the above happens so does the below. ⁣ ⁣

The weekly alcohol units creep up. ⁣ ⁣

More takeaways creep in. ⁣ ⁣

More hours sat at your desk. ⁣ ⁣

Activity declines. ⁣ ⁣

With less time to look after yourself, the waistline expands. ⁣ ⁣

I know this from experience. ⁣ ⁣

The underline problem? ⁣ ⁣

Too many men then enter their forties in their worst shape, when they deserve to be thriving at this age in their best physical and mental shape. ⁣ ⁣

For the kids. ⁣ ⁣

The wife or partner. ⁣ ⁣

Your work. ⁣ ⁣

Fast forward 10 years what was the sacrifice of living an unhealthy lifestyle? ⁣ ⁣

High blood pressure? ⁣ ⁣

Excess weight? ⁣ ⁣

Diabetes? ⁣ ⁣

Not being fit to play with the kids? ⁣ ⁣

It’s TOO easy for life to slip by and work to take over. ⁣ ⁣

Leaving you till last. ⁣ ⁣

The men I coach had the same problems when they started. ⁣ ⁣

Something I say to my clients. You can only manage what you measure how you measure needs to be as accurate as possible.

Tracking food takes time I hear a lot.

It can do, but it's going to give you a better idea of what you need to know about what you eating than guessing.

Jumping on the scales dreams me out.

Yes If you allow it to, bit recording your weight daily will give you a better understanding of what your weight is doing.

I don't want to monitor the calories I burn in the gym.

No problem, but you will not know if you are training hard enough.

My approach is to attach some logic to an emotional process.

Don't skip doing the things that will keep you accountable and then use them as an excuse for not doing the work.

Lovely body shape changes from client Peri 🚀🕺

Peri had never been taught how to exercise with weights previously and was in a cycle of doing cardio, so he was a complete novice with any form of weight training.

There is no shame in this.

While cardio has its place over the last 4 months we have focused on getting the basics of exercising with weights and the results show.

Fantastic transformation.

More muscle, less fat and greater confidence.

Do you struggle to eat healthily when you are on the go?

I get it, making the right choices can be hard especially when there is so much confusion around what healthy foods are.

If there is one tip I could share with you is that if you are trying to get yourself back into shape then you need to make protein your number one priority.
