Our Circle is a supportive, brave and non-judgmental space for women to collectively sit together, breathe deeply, speak openly, feel held, lighten the mental load we carry and tend to our inner worlds.

We look to the work of mother earth, draw on lunar wisdom and nurture our own rhythms through meditation, poetry, story, breath practice, togetherness, oracle cards, and open discussion.

Here we gather together to share our authentic selves, hear the stories of others, and experience the medicine of togetherness without striving for an outcome. We look to the work of mother earth, draw on lunar wisdom and nurture our own rhythms through meditation, poetry, breath practice, collaboration and being.
