“Is Mounjaro currently watered down?”

You may have seen posts or videos claiming that Mounjaro pens are being “watered down.” Understandably, this has caused concern among people using GLP‑1 medications.

Let me reassure you — calmly and professionally:

🔹 There is no evidence that the manufacturer has changed the strength or formulation of Mounjaro.
This rumour is based on user perception, not verified data.

🔹 I cannot speak for other providers or their supply chains.
However, my supply is direct from the manufacturer.
No compounding. No dilution. No third‑party intermediaries.
Every pen is authentic, batch‑verified, and stored under strict conditions.

🔹 Why might people feel a difference?
This is usually due to:
• Natural adaptation to the medication
• Changes in appetite, stress, sleep, or hormones
• Plateaus (which are normal)
• TikTok amplifying individual experiences into a trend

If your medication feels different, please reach out. We can review your dose, technique, timing, and overall progress. Your treatment should be guided by clinical expertise — not social media noise.

Your safety, trust, and long‑term success remain my priority.

Early spring is known for its abundance of green vegetables. Spinach, kale, and arugula provide fiber and key micronutrients, while herbs such as parsley, dill, and chives enhance flavor without heavy sauces. Asparagus and other crisp vegetables add both texture and seasonal appeal. Together, these....

Join us for a special Wednesday Night Zoom session where Dr Helen Parretti will share insights from the PROMISE Care study, which explored the challenges and opportunities in providing long-term care after bariatric surgery. The study looked at perspectives from people who have had surgery, healthcare professionals, and those involved in planning NHS services.

The session will open the conversation to people with lived experience, inviting your views on the study, and what better long-term support could look like.

Join us and be part of the discussion - https://zoom.us/j/95051114646

How much time do I actually need off work?" ⏱️🛑

It’s the no.1 question I get.

People feel the weight of their work week and worry that surgery will mean weeks of being sidelined.

In 2026, the "old school" recovery stories are outdated. Here is the reality of my 'Fast-Track' Recovery Protocol:

✅ Day 1: Surgery is performed via keyhole (minimally invasive). You are up and walking the same afternoon.
✅ Day 2: Most patients are ready to be discharged. From this day, I actually encourage cardio physical activity. You build it up gradually, but there are no restrictions: the goal is to get you moving immediately.
✅ Day 7–14: Most office-based professionals are back at their desks.
✅ Day 10–14: This is usually when you are safe to get back behind the wheel and drive.
✅ The Feeling: Because we manage your pain and nutrition precisely, you’ll likely feel more energetic in week two than you did before the surgery.

Don't let a fear of "down-time" stop you from a lifetime of health. You aren't being "sidelined"—you're being restarted.
