been with us for 2 years now — and I’ve known him most of my life.

When he first joined LF14, he was struggling with his mental health. Quiet. Low. Just trying to find his feet again.

Fast forward to now… and this is the fittest, happiest and most confident I’ve ever seen him.

He’s the lad who laughs through half the workout, dances through the other half, and somehow still grafts his arse off.

A huge personality. Loved by everyone here. One of the proper heartbeat members of LF14.

It’s class seeing him thriving and he deserves every bit of it. He’s worked hard for this.

Lisa joined LF14 a little unsure what to expect… but she fitted in straight away. 💙

She’s one of those genuinely lovely people, always smiling, always putting the work in, and cheering everyone else on while doing it.

Over the past few weeks she’s been learning new movements, getting stronger and fitter, and finally nailed her first box jumps after loads of practice 🙌

What she loves most? The people. The support. The laughs.

She said, “I just wish I’d joined earlier.”

That’s what it’s all about here, good humans, great energy, and everyone pushing each other to be better every single day.

So, we know there are a few folks out there who’ve moved on from LF14. And hey, we see you still tuning into our stories, keeping an eye on what we’re up to. No hard feelings, we’re flattered you’re still curious. 😉

But this post isn’t about them. It’s a massive shout-out to the absolute legends who are here right now, smashing it day in and day out.

While some are just watching from the sidelines, our community is absolutely flying.

The friendships, the banter, the graft, it’s never been stronger. 💪

Another cracking night tonight 💥

These guys are smashing goals week after week, getting STRONGER, FITTER, FASTER, and stepping way outside their comfort zones.

I’ve said it for years, our gym isn’t just about training, it’s about teamwork and unity.

The way our team support each other daily is unreal…
