Reform and transform try a reformer class as a new year resolution. Here is a preview :
A progressive exercise to strengthen the hips, glutes, quads , adductors and hamstrings.amd improve balance .
Starting with hip opener lunges, progressing to scooter to work the glutes and front leg stability, and then into deep lunges with hip hinges (one hand on footbar or no hands to challenge balance. ) to advance the stability work add the airplane, reaching opposite arm to opposite foot.
Then into deep hip flexor stretch and Hamstring stretch
