It's been so busy, I must thank you all for your patience in waiting for my replies 🙏
If you're waiting on a booking or a response from me please feel free to give me a polite nudge 😊
Do not leave voicemails or emails as a form of enquiry as I cannot guarantee I will receive these. WhatsApp, Text or Facebook message (please do not try to contact my personal page, as this is not business related) are the ways to contact me 😊

February appointments are filling up really fast now too. If you are in need of specific days and times please don't hesitate to contact me 😊

Unfortunately I am no longer able to take on new clients on a weekend or evening. I need to prioritise those already with me in need of treatments, I hope you understand 😊🙏
I can still take on new clients for weekday/day time bookings 😊 These appointments are usually booked in advance around 4 to 8 weeks 😊

It's ultimate busy season..
Even busier than busy season 🤷‍♀️
So this means planning appointments around 8 weeks in advance if possible!
January is almost full...with a couple of appointments left for the 26th, 27th and 28th 😊
February is also open!

Disappearing messages!
If you are using WhatsApp and you need to have this disappearing messages thing, please please please contact me via Facebook or text.
Disappearing messages are a nightmare for a business that doesn't use a booking system.
It's not good for me or for you 😅
If you have this set for 24, 48 or even 7 days and I don't get around to responding to your enquiry in this time. Your enquiry disappears!
And when I'm closed for 3 weeks next year this will be even worse! 🙈

On top of that, having your messages disappear, means I can't go back and verify anything that has been exchanged between us.

If I see anyone contacting me via WhatsApp with the disappearing messages symbol going forward, I will be politely requesting they switch to Facebook or Text 😊

I hope you all had a lovely spooky Halloween 👻

My deepest apologies to everyone I've had to rearrange/cancel this last week as I've been incredibly unwell 🙏
I'm back to work now but please bare with me as I'm still not 100% 😊
I'm also getting around to everyone's enquiries as quickly as possible, so if you are waiting on a response, you should hear either today or tomorrow 😊 If not, feel free to give me a polite nudge!

My January diary is open so please don't hesitate to make your bookings. These appointments usually fill up just as fast as December.
