Innovations is recruiting Support Workers, predominantly based at our Lanchester Unit.

Looking for a rewarding Monday to Friday role?
Experience isn’t essential – values matter most. Full training provided.

🕒 8:30am – 4:30pm (part-time considered, full days required)
💷 £12.21 per hour
🚗 Full UK driving licence required

While primarily based at Lanchester, flexibility to work across other Innovations units will be required.

🌟 Support Worker Vacancy – Lanchester Unit 🌟

Innovations is recruiting Support Workers to join our team, predominantly based at our Lanchester Unit, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a day service and community setting.

At Innovations, experience is not essential – it’s the values you hold that matter most. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role includes:

Providing person-centred support

Supporting people to access activities and the local community

Promoting dignity, respect and Positive Behaviour Support

Building positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues

Maintaining clear and accurate records

Driving company vehicles

🕒 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
(We are open to part-time applicants, provided availability is for full days)

💷 £12.21 per hour
🚗 Full UK driving licence required
📍 Predominantly Lanchester (with flexibility across other Innovations services)
