This is how much my groups have lost over the last 3 weeks! Thats with people having their first step on the scales after Christmas/New Year too 😍 lots of new members receiving their half stone awards by week two too!

We have been chatting about the new "wholegrain" symbol that has been added to the Essentially Slimming World book in group on Saturday and the fact that it's not just the extra health benefits in there that make wholegrain foods great, its the fact they're more filling too!

Did you know our enhanced group support sessions will never last more than 40 minutes.
So if you haven't walked back in the door yet thinking I'll wait until the January rush is over...come on back ;)

Our groups start with 25 minutes new member talk (from the time you see advertised for group), at the same time existing members come, pay, weigh (grab a cuppa, pick up raffle tickets and browse the group shop) then grab a seat ready for the important bit!

From then we have our group support session. Tailored for you, your needs and your goals and never more than 40 minutes.

You are all worth that time ❤❤
