5 mini movements that can help you feel less stiff that take no longer than 5 minutes!

1. Pelvic tilts - rocking the pelvis forwards and backwards, allowing gentle articulation for your lower back (can be done lying or seated)

2. Cat cows - flowing through flexion and extension of the spine as a whole, on hands and knees. Promotes circulation as well!

3. Seated twists - gentle yet effective inhale to grow tall and exhale to twist, involve the gaze and look where you’re going.

4. Seated or standing side bends - similar to the seated twists, work with your breath.

5. Chest opening stretch - clasp bands behind back or open arms wide, lifting the chest. Counteracts sitting and improves upper spine posture.
