Tried three times to get into the ice bath this morning… and my mind said NAW 🧠❄️

Did I fail? No, I’m building the process. The system. The safety for my nervous system to catch up with my intention.

The goal is still there. The work is still happening. Results come after the process ✨

Today I showed up. Tomorrow, we go again 💪🧊

What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and open the heart. Rooted in ancient Mesoamerican tradition, ceremonial-grade cacao is used as plant medicine—not to alter your mind, but to awaken it.

We gather in circle, sip cacao with intention, and use practices like meditation, breathwork, journaling, Shamanic drum, sound bowls and music, and sharing to connect more deeply with ourselves and each other. It’s not just a drink—it’s a heart-opening experience.
