Hi everyone! Just to let you all know I am now a fully fledged physio, no longer a student...I just have to get my HPC registration to be able to practice as a qualified physiotherapist. Thanks for all the support and encouragement I received over the last few months. I have a job lined up but don't worry I'll still be doing sports massage at the clinic. I am available for appointments every Monday and Tuesday from 2-8pm. I can accomodate people for other days too if more suitable. Please contact me directly 07792218122.

Hello everyone 😊 just a message to say thank you to all the people I have treated so far. Thanks for your continued support and just to let you all know I am on my last placement as a student physiotherapist and I have now submitted my dissertation too! I know I moaned about it to some of you 😂 I am available for appointments and I am delighted to be able to resume work at the clinic after my absence due to my final year coursework. Hello everyone, just want to say thanks to all for their lovely comments and feedback. Providing the best possible treatment for all is my main priority so patient feedback is very important to me. Good morning all 😊 here's something I wanted to share with you all. My patients often ask me 'what does massage do?" ''How can it help me?" ...Massage can be used for injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and as a maintenance intervention. During my time at BBPSIC I have treated people with (sports) massage of all ages for a number of reasons including- sciatica, chronic low back pain, whiplash, muscle strain, post fracture, cervical neck pain due to stress or general wear & tear. People often assume that (sports) massage is only suitable or helpful for those who play regular sports or train regularly but hopefully when you read below you will have a better understanding of the wide range of benefits of massage. Please do not hesistate to contact me if you would like to find out more about the treatment or techniques used. I'm more than happy to discuss any concerns or questions to see if massage could help you. Equally if you have already been treated by me it may be useful for others to hear what it was for and how you felt after the massage- I am always grateful for any feedback. I hope this has gave you an insight into what I do as a sports massage therapist and HND qualified Sports Therapist (soon to be 4th year student physio) at the clinic.
