🌟That’s a wrap!🌟

So today I taught my final class in and it was fab ☺️

This is Emma and her gorgeous Baby O who has found his ideal position in the lap of his mummy 🥰

🌟It’s been a privilege to teach so many amazing over the last 2 and a bit years. It’s been emotional, exciting, exhausting and really, really fun!

🌟I always said that setting up my own business to teach would be what I did when I had my own young children and to say I’m proud that I did it is an understatement.
2 years of building a business and navigating that through a pandemic is a challenge I’ll never, ever forget 🎉💪

I’m onto a new job role after the Easter break and I’m ready for the new chapter to begin for me and my little family. They’re at the heart of everything I do and I couldn’t do it without them 💚

I’ll be back soon with details of any weekend workshops I do and private classes are still available for anyone who is interested🌟

So for a now I’ll say “Toodles!” And I’ll see you soon. I’m taking a break from social media for a bit but I’ll be back 🙌

🏃🏼‍♀️DONE🏃🏼‍♀️

Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way in my training and fundraising for 💕

I’ve taken 13mins off my last half marathon run time so I’m pleased with that and frankly I’ll never be doing it again so it’s just as well 😂

I won’t lie - I got to mile 10 and thought “hmmm I could really go for a cuppa right now” 🤣

But….I’ve done it 🙌

Off for a gentle walk with my gorgeous ones now and a cheeky vino later.

🌸How will you take time for yourself today?🌸

Our IAIM classes always include a short relaxation for parents to ground and welcome them to the activity. Our mission is to nurture, value and love parents, just as much as babies.

Take 2 minutes for yourself 💜

The more relaxed parents are, the more babies are, and being relaxed can help us to learn, reduce stress hormones and improve relationships among the many benefits.

💚This is brilliant - please, please share with any dads you feel may need support 💚

From Monday 4th April, PANDAS will be hosting online zoom support groups for Dads ❤️ 🙌

If you are a Dad and feeling the strain of parenting, or simply want to connect with other Dads, then this is the place for you.

The calls will take place between 20.00-22.00 every other Monday, from 4th April. The calls are drop in, so please feel free to join and leave the call when it suits you within that timeframe.

The group will be hosted by our amazing Dad volunteers, and you will be able to chat to other dads who maybe experiencing a similar journey as you. You will also be able to offer support to other Dads. We hope it will be a chance to reduce isolation and to get more support.
