Wednesday 26th March was Purple Day; International Day for Epilepsy. I taught in purple to honour it and my Yoga students came to class in purple too!! ❤️❤️❤️ This month (Tuesday 11th March) I have officially gone a year Seizure free for the first time ever!!! I am feeling grateful. As I do every year I am doing a charity challenge for Epilepsy; this year for . 100 miles is 100 days. I've done 98.5 miles with another couple of weeks to go. This weekend at we launched the new Body Balance release 106. Both classes on Saturday and Sunday were packed and I was honoured to team teach alongside the incredible Instructors Jon, Nina and Tiffany. Loved every minute!!Can't wait to start teaching it solo. X###xx

My 2025 Epilepsy Fundraising Challenge is sorted!!! 100 miles in 100 days (1 in 100 people are diagnosed with Epilepsy, me being one of them). Trying to raise atleast £258 (£3 for every month since my diagnosis by the end of the challenge). As we know, I have to walk everywhere these days, so the plan is to walk/run atleast 1 extra mile a day from 1st January until 10th April. X######

My Les Mills teaching journey continues.... I am now teaching a regular Body Balance class at !!! The centre is so warm and welcoming and all my participants have been the same!! I am so grateful, thankful, proud and fulfilled. X###xx
