BWRT Level 1 Classroom Training Dates
I'm excited to announce the next dates for training, they are:
Thursday 22nd June & Friday 23rd June '23.
Classes are limited to 15 people, and those in attendance will receive a free copy of the book, 'Reboot Your Life with BWRT' written by Terence Watts.

Nurturing - when it can become problematic!
Interesting article by Terence Watts for Psychreg. The effects that this can have on an individual in adult life, can often leave someone feeling incapable or inadequate in many areas of life. BWRT therapy can help with numerous issues, including the generalised feeling of; just not being able, or good enough, in life.
