I will be posting videos on spiritual awakening,books to read, practices to try, teachers to watch (variety is key),meditation, breathing (Pranayama), relaxation (yoga nidra), Tarot, Reiki, crystal healing, body type nutrition, Astrotheology, numerology.. I have 23 years of experience in the field of Yoga Teaching trained with Shiva Rea and The British Wheel of Yoga, I am a registered teacher with the Sports Council of GB, I have studied Eastern Philosophy and Ayurveda and nutrition, Reiki Healing and Counselling. I have specialised in Addiction Therapy, Emotional and Physical Abuse and the healing of the Divine Feminine. I had to work it all out myself, with no internet and no one in my family that was on the same path as I was, I was extremely sensitive and I suffered in many ways, I was also very blessed in others as I always had Arch Angel Michael to talk to, and I felt very connected to Source, this was never strange to me until I realised other people didn't talk to their Angel friends as I did! This was always comforting but as a teenager, I closed off this side of myself, I wanted to have "fun" that's when my negative programming really took hold of me and I sank into the 3D and my life took a turn. I then went through years of falling in pain and harrowing experiences with abuse and then finding my path again but losing faith and falling back into the painful cycles. It went on and on until I was ready to quit completely. I fell to my knees and screamed for help I couldn't;t take the rollercoaster anymore I was so lonely and damaged. My Angels heard me as I finally ASKED for help! Then I found my way back, I found what I now call my "9 Steps to Freedom" program. I worked through this developing it as I went and repeating what I had to, relearning and studying with as many incredible teachers as I could until I felt free. Finally, I'd gotten to a place in my life where I could breathe freely and it felt amazing! I knew then I had to share all I'd learnt on my journey as I knew it would benefit so many others. This is a very brief overview of my story but I want you to know that I carry no judgment to any obstacle and no attachment to any outcome but to do my best to apply my experience and gnosis to any situation or issue presented to me.
