Finally recovering from the Latitude weekend at last, what a cracker it was! Highlights for me were Pulp, Yard Act, Siouxie Sioux and WarmDuscher plus a very pleasant surprise to see Creepshow featuring my oldest (as in longest standing) childhood friend Ben Edwards!

Just thought I would email again in the way of an update & again to say thank you.

I was a bit sceptical at first about whether this method would work & especially with it being online over zoom & having tried all of the other methods already, but from the initial phone call to the Smoking Cessation session itself you put me at ease & filled my mind with confidence.

As you explained, it did require a bit of strength by myself to get through it, but for the first few days I had the strong message pounding away repeatedly in my head that "I AM A NON SMOKER" & this got me through the hardest periods, 6 weeks later & I haven't smoked a single cigarette & haven't had a desire to either.
